1. Having heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and also taking into consideration the objection of the learned State counsel, it appears that charge sheet has been submitted. There is no need for further custodial detention of the present petitioners.

2. In view of the above, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

3. Accordingly, I direct that the petitioners, namely RAJIB MOLLA and FARUK SARDAR shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of Rs.5000/- each, one must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barrackpore and on further conditions that the petitioners shall remain within

the jurisdictional Police Station and shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of the jurisdictional Police Station once in a week until further orders.

4. The petitioners shall appear before the learned trial Court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate the witnesses and/or tamper with evidence and/or commit any cognizable offence in any manner whatsoever.

5. In the event, the petitioners fail to adhere to any of the conditions stipulated above without justifiable cause, the trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the petitioners' bail in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

6. The application for bail of the petitioners is, accordingly, allowed.

7. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Apurba Sinha Ray, J.)
