Maiti ........For the Petitioners Mr. Rana Mukherjee Ms. Debjani Sahu .......For the State In view of the order passed in CRR 2985 of 2016 wherein the same Police Station case being Baguihati Police Station Case No. 680 of 2016 dated 8.7.2016 was subject matter of challenge and wherein it has been observed that final report was filed by the Investigating Agency on 31st December, 2016 on the ground that for want of sufficient material, the allegation could not be substantiated, I am of the view that the revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 3325 of 2016 is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending applications, if any, consequentially stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
