Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is an authorized dealer of Honda Automobiles involved in the business of selling of two wheelers and other motor parts. The private respondents are its employees. After taking stock of the inventory, it was found that several valuable articles were actually missing. It was learnt that the private respondents have stolen away such favourable articles. Initially no FIR was entertained by the local police station. Only after a complaint was made to the Superintendent of Police, an FIR was registered. The FIR

is not being investigated properly.

Learned senior standing counsel representing the State denies any police inaction and submits as follows. A notice was given to the petitioner under Section 91 of the Code. Several documents are required to be looked into and individuals acquainted with the facts of the case need to be examined on certain issues. But the complainant has not cooperated with an investigation. Let the Investigation be concluded as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law.

The petitioner shall also co-operate with the same by responding to any notice that may be issued by the Investigating Agency.

No further order need be passed in this regard. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
