1. No one appears in support of the writ petition, when the matter is called on.

2. Challenging the action of the District Magistrate taken under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, the present writ petition has been preferred.

3. Due to existence of efficacious alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.

4. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. (Partha Sarathi Chatterjee, J.)
