1. Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State filed a scanned copy of the order dated 21.5.2025 passed by a co-ordinate Bench in CRR 1774 of 2025 wherein the said revisional application was dismissed.

3. This is the second revisional application filed by the petitioner by suppressing the fact of dismissal of the earlier one, is amount to suppression of material fact.

4. Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 4598 of 2025 is deserved to be dismissed.

5. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
