It is submitted coaccuseds are on bail. There is no progress in the matter since rejection of bail by this court.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner does not stand on the same footing with co-accuseds who are on bail. His bail prayer has been turned down on a number of occasions earlier. Delay in the matter is due to abscondence of the principal accused.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
