Advocate for the petitioner, I grant liberty to the petitioner to approach this court after the report under section 173 of the cr.p.c. is filed before the ld. Jurisdictional court along with the documents under section 207 of the cr.p.c. No interference is made at this stage.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3958 of 2023 is disposed of.
