1. The matter appears at the instance of the learned Advocate for the petitioner since there are some typographical errors which have crept in the paragraph Nos. 2 and 11 in the order dated 16th October, 2025.

2. In paragraph 2 in the 3rd line died on "22nd October 2022" should be correctly read as "22nd January 2022".

3. In the 2nd line of paragraph 11 the word "death" should be read as "retirement".

4. The department is directed to correct the above mentioned rectification in the order itself.

5. The remaining portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.

6. Let the instant order shall be made a part of the order passed by this Court on 16.10.2025.
