By filing this revisional application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of the proceeding being G.R. Case No. 2097 of 2016 pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta arising out of Park Street Police Station Case No. 250/2016 dated 13.10.2016 under Sections 120B/464/466/471/474/420/406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of prayer and long pendency, this Court finds that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant matter. 5.

Accordingly, CRR 3431 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Interim orders, if any, be vacated.

In view of the above, connected applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated by the Registry to the learned trial Court below for information and taking necessary action.
