1. This writ petition has been filed alleging that the private respondents have put up illegal construction in the land which is classified as water body.

2. As rightly pointed out by the South Dum Dum Municipality the classification shows that the classification of the land is Bastu.

Thus, based on such classification Municipality is granted building permission and the construction has been put up more than five years ago.

4. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

6. Affidavit of service filed in court be kept on record.
