By filing this revisional application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking setting aside of the judgment dated 30.07.2018 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Nabadwip in Criminal Motion No. 07 of 2016 (Sandhya Rani Bhattacharya Vs. Sashim Kr. Chatterjee and Ors.).

Considering the nature of prayer and long pendency, this Court finds that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant matter. 5.

Accordingly, CRR 3434 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Interim orders, if any, be vacated.

In view of the above, connected applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated by the Registry to the learned trial Court below for information and taking necessary action.
