1. The order dated 17th October, 2023 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the second line of the first paragraph of first page of the order dated 17th October, 2023 the expression "June 3, 2009" shall stand corrected to read as "March 6, 2006". In the sixth line of the first page of the first paragraph of the order dated 17th October, 2023, the expression "Balurghat Urban ICDS Project, District - Dakshin Dinajpur" shall stand corrected to read as "Raiganj Rural ICDS Project, District - Uttar Dinajpur". In the second line of the second paragraph of the first page of the order dated 17th October, 2023 the expression "rendering 14 years of continuous service" shall stand corrected to read as "rendering 17 years of continuous service". In the sixth line of the second paragraphs of the second page of the order dated 17th October, 2023, the expression

"District Project Officer" shall stand corrected to read as "District Programme Officer".

3. Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 17th October, 2023.

4. The other parts of the order dated 17th October, 2023 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
