Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revisional application with liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned trial court. 2.

Liberty is granted.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and any expression stated herein shall not tantamount to expression on the merits of the case. 4.

The learned trial court is also directed to dispose of the applications regarding realization of the arrears as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

With the above directions, CRR 4315 of 2024 is disposed of.
