Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.
Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would not like to press this application and instead would raise all the points taken up in this application before the learned Trial Court at the appropriate stage. He further submits that a warrant of arrest is pending against the present petitioner and the same may be directed to remain stayed for sometime so that the petitioner can surrender before the learned Trial Court and pray for bail.
Accordingly, on the prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed.
However, the warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner shall remain stayed for a period of three weeks from this date. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the
learned Trial Court within such time and in the event, the petitioner surrenders within time and files an application for bail, the same shall be considered in accordance with law. With these observations, the revisional application and the connected application are disposed of.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for. .
