1. The petitioner seeks to challenge an order passed by the respondent no. 2, in an application under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (the SARFAESI Act).

2. The remedy of the petitioner lies before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, the same being an alternative and efficacious remedy available to the petitioner.

3. In view thereof, WPA 24356 of 2025 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
