1. The civil revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 36 of 2014, pending before the Learned Civil Judge, Junior Division at Kalna.

2. It appears that the suit is pending since 2014, that is for almost 11 years.

3. Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with.

4. Considering the delay before the trial Court, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of this order.

The civil revision stands disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
