1. Learned counsel for the appellant is represented.

2. This intra-Court appeal has been filed by the writ petitioner against the order dated 09.09.2024 passed in WPA 1466 of 2024 which is reproduced hereunder:

"Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order dated 20th June, 2023 by His Lordship Hon'ble Justice Rajasekhar Mantha has not been complied with.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner prays leave to withdraw this application with liberty to the petitioner to file a contempt application.

Liberty is granted.

Accordingly, the application being WPA 1466 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly

downloaded from the official website of this Court."

3. We find that the learned counsel appearing for the appellant/writ petitioner submitted that the writ petitioner prayed leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a contempt application. Accordingly, the writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for was granted. Now, the appellant has engaged another counsel and has now preferred this appeal.

4. Hence, we find no grounds to entertain this appeal and both the appeal and the connected application stand dismissed.
