1. It is submitted that the order dated 24th June, 2024 has been complied with in respect of all the petitioners except the petitioner no. 7, Swapan Kumar Das. The said writ petitioner is under suspension for being accused in a proceeding under Section 6 of the POCSO Act. The victim is a student of the school.

2. This Court directs that the "A" category pay scale to the petitioner no. 7, namely, Swapan Kumar Das shall abide by the result of the criminal proceedings against him.

3. With the aforesaid observations, CPAN 1625 of 2024 is disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

4. There will be no order as to costs.
