1. The matter pertains to non-compliance of an order dated 25th November, 2025. Pursuant to the order dated 6th March, 2026, the alleged contemnor has been served.

2. Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate for the alleged contemnors would submit that an appeal has been preferred from the order dated 25th November, 2025. He would, however, be candid enough in submitting that no stay order has been passed as yet. He, however, prays for an accommodation for a period of 15 days.

3. Having regard thereto, let this matter be listed in the combined monthly list of May, 2026.
