1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner participated in the 1st SLST Examination, 2016. The entire selection process stood nullified by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. Pursuant to the advertisement for recruitment published by the Commission, the petitioner has applied afresh. The petitioner being an in-service candidate would be entitled to weightage of certain marks in the next selection test.

4. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the inservice experience was mentioned by the petitioner in her application for selection in respect of Classes 'IX' & 'X' but in respect of Classes 'XI' & 'XII', the in-service experience could not be recorded because of technical glitches.

5. Admittedly, the last date of filling the application form expired long back on 21st July, 2025.

6. The petitioner has filed a representation before the Chairman, West Bengal School Service Commission on 15th September, 2025 to take into consideration her past teaching experience.

7. The representation of the petitioner is pending consideration till date.

8. Without entering into the merits of the prayer made by the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Commission to take into consideration the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law and in line with the judgment/order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in this regard.

9. Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

10. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

11. It will be open for the authority to ascertain the correctness of the averments made by the petitioner.

12. The writ petition stands disposed of.

13. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
