Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is the sister of the private respondent no.4 while the respondent no.5 is the son of the latter. The petitioner is a school teacher. The private respondents had been disturbing and intimidating the petitioner for quite some time. On a particular day, they committed serious assault which resulted in the petitioner suffering grievous injury. However, only a case of trespass was registered by the police.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 4 submits as follows. The allegations made in the writ petition are denied. The dispute between the private parties

relate to totally unconnected matter being the medical treatment of their father.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits as follows. A thorough investigation was done into the offences as alleged by the petitioner. After completion of investigation, Rishra Police Station Charge Sheet No. 102 dated 30.09.2023 was submitted under Sections 448 and 325 of the Penal Code. It appears that the police have already acted on the complaint of the petitioner and submitted a charge sheet in this regard.

If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the outcome of investigation, he shall be at liberty to file a protest petition before the learned trial Court.

No further order need be passed in this regard. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
