Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the writ petition was filed, the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been registered as FIR and investigation is in progress. The principal accused has been arrested and is in custody.

In view of the above, the investigating officer is directed to conduct the investigation in a fair, unbiased and impartial manner and take the same to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
