The contempt application arises out of an order dated 10th August, 2022 passed in WPA 4182 of 2022. The said order was carried on in appeal by the principal respondent in the writ petition, namely, Coal India Limited (in short 'CIL') by filing MAT 1617 of 2022.

The order dated 10th August, 2022 has been set aside in the appeal by an order dated 1st April, 2024, a copy whereof on being placed before the Court is taken on record. As the order under contempt is no

more in existence, the contempt application is disposed of recording the above facts.
