The present application has been preferred inter alia praying for relaxation of the conditions of anticipatory bail, as incorporated in the order dated 3rd December, 2019 passed in CRM No.11343 of 2019.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have complied with the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 3rd December, 2019 passed in CRM No.11343 of 2019, till date. Similar conditions were imposed in respect of some coaccused persons, who filed separate application for anticipatory bail and the said conditions had already been relaxed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, as would be explicit from the order dated 11th March, 2021 passed in CRAN 1 of 2020 in connection with CRM No.8909 of 2019.

Let a copy of the said order dated 11th March, 2021, as produced, be kept on record.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State has not disputed such fact.

In view thereof, the condition in the order dated 3rd December, 2019 to the effect 'the petitioners shall not enter the jurisdiction of Goghat Police Station until further orders' and the condition to the effect that the petitioners 'shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station within whose jurisdiction the petitioners shall presently reside once in a week until further orders' are waived. However, the petitioners shall meet with the Officer-inCharge, Goghat Police Station once in a week until further orders.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old No. CRAN 1007 of 2020), accordingly, is disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Suvra Ghosh, J.) (Tapabrata Chakraborty, J.)
