The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Bardhaman Sadar Police Station, Purba Medinipur in taking steps in respect of a complaint dated 16.10.2022 lodged against the private respondents.

The petitioner has effective alternative remedy under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P.C.

The petitioner submits that the private respondents have tried to dispossess him from his lawfully purchased flat.

The Bardhaman Sadar Police Station shall cause enquiry into the matter and take appropriate steps in accordance with law against the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
