1. Notice-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The matter has been listed at the top of the list on the ground of urgency.

3. The petitioner's grievance is that she was not promoted to the post of Anganwadi Supervisor under Malda Chanchal Sub-Division.

4. This Court finds absolutely no urgency in the matter. In any event, it is now well settled that the person is entitled to be participated in a promotional process and also be considered for the same. A person cannot claim, as a matter of right, to be promoted.

5. In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition. The instant writ petition is disposed of without any order.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
