The said report reflects that cross-examination of the investigating officer is in progress and next date has been fixed on 05.12.2025 for evidence.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner also states that he has taken information regarding the advance stage of the trial of the case.

Having considered the stage of the case and the fact that the petitioner is in custody for a considerable period of time, I direct the learned Trial Court to take steps so that the verdict of the case is pronounced by 31.01.2026. It is reiterated that the trial, evidence and/or hearing of arguments of the case would continue in spite of any

resolution of the local Bar. No unnecessary adjournment be granted to any of the parties.

Learned Trial Court would in case of any non-cooperation at the behest of any of the parties, record the same in the order.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner is, thus, rejected. The application for bail, being CRM (M) 2150 of 2025, is, accordingly, disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
