According to her, the properties of late Palan Mondal are being sold by the sons of the first wife.

In view of the nature of the complaint, the petitioner would approach the learned jurisdictional Civil Court. If the learned jurisdictional Civil Court passes any order along with police assistance, the

concerned police authorities would respect and obey the order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24925 of 2024 is disposed of.
