Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the Block Development Officer has conducted a hearing and has admitted the dues of the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 4,19,894/-.

It appears that the petitioner has already been heard and the Block Development Officer is aware of the dues of the petitioner.

The concerned respondent authority is directed to take necessary steps for payment of the dues of the petitioner at the earliest but positively within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
