CRIMINAL REVISIONAL JURISDICTION APPELLATE SIDE ( Via Video Conference ) CRR 3282 of 2012 In the matter of : Ashok Kumar Das ....petitioner. In Re : An application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The revisional application was preferred in respect of M. P. Case No. 277 of 2012 wherein the learned SubDivisional Executive Magistrate, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur was pleased to entertain an application under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and directed for submitting a report on the claim of the their respective holdings. As the provisions of time constraints are incorporated under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am of the view that the main proceedings have become infructuous.

As such, no interference is called for by this court and the present revisional application being CRR 3282 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
