The State of West Bengal Inadvertent error has crept into the order passed on 26th November, 2024.

In the said order learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 16th Calcutta (presently redesignated as the learned Judicial Magistrate, 16th Court, Calcutta) be read as learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 6th Calcutta (presently redesignated as the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Calcutta).

The department is directed to incorporate necessary correction accordingly.

This order be treated as part of the order passed on 26th November, 2024.
