3. In view of the aforesaid, petitioner chooses not to press the application for bail.

4. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as not pressed.

5. Trial court is directed to conclude the examination of prosecution witnesses as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the next date fixed for recording evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
