Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for relaxation of the condition imposed in the order of bail dated 09.12.2024.

The earlier condition so imposed is modified to the extent that petitioner will meet with the Inspector-in-Charge of Kultali Police Station once in a week. So far as the condition of staying within the jurisdiction of Kultali Police Station is concerned, the same is hereby waived.

Thus, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
