Records reveal that the present appeal had been dismissed by a judgment dated 8th May, 2023. After such dismissal, the present application has been filed praying for necessary correction in the judgment. Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the applicants in the present application being the respondent nos. 2(a) to 2(f) in the appeal submits that at the time of hearing he had erroneously submitted before this Court that the portion of plot no.704 had been assessed to be of 'Rs.3 lakhs'. The assessed amount would be 'Rs.2,25,000/-'.

In view thereof, in the third line of paragraph 12 of the judgment dated 8th May, 2023, the assessed amount be incorporated as 'Rs.2,25,000/-' in place and stead of 'Rs.3 lakhs'.

Office is directed to effect necessary correction in the judgment dated 8th May, 2023.

The other portions of the judgment shall remain unaltered.

The application being IA No.CAN 3 of 2023 is, accordingly, disposed of.
