... for the State Mr. Dutt, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner had handed over a copy of an order of the Trial Court dated 15th November, 2022 and submitted on the basis of the same that the Trial Court has already disposed of the matter by dint of the said order upon the accused person having pleaded guilty. He has submitted that necessary order may be passed in this case.

The opposite party no. 2 and the State are also represented in this case.

Both the learned Advocates representing the said parties have conceded to the facts submitted by Mr. Dutt in this case. Perused the order of the Trial Court dated 15th November, 2022 it appears that the case has already been disposed ofl by dint of the said order.

Accordingly, their remains nothing to be adjudicated in this revision and the same has become infructuous. This revision is disposed of being infructuous. All pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Let a photocopy of the order of the Trial Court dated 15th November, 2022 be kept with the record.
