The petitioner's application seeking transfer is pending consideration at the end of the school authority.

Initially the same was not allowed by the head of the institution on 10th September, 2021 on the ground that the roll strength of the school is very high but the teacher strength is not sufficient. The petitioner again applied for transfer on 25th March, 2022 and the same is pending consideration before the head of the institution.

The instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the head of the institution to take necessary steps to forward the application of the petitioner to the District Inspector of Schools within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 4.

The District inspector of Schools shall take steps in the matter at the earliest but positively within a

period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of all documents from the school.

The fate of the petitioner's application shall be made known to the petitioner immediately thereafter. 6.

If the application of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the appropriate authority without any further delay. 7.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
