Perused the case diary.

Considering the serious nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the victim made before the learned Magistrate, the statements of other witnesses and the medical report, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 3722 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.
