1. By this application, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Misc. Case No.23 of 2019 arising out of Title Suit No.350 of 2018, which is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), at Diamond Harbour, District - South 24 Parganas.

2. Considering the submissions, this Court is of the view that the prayer of the petitioner is innocuous. Neither party stands to lose if a proceeding is disposed of expeditiously. In fact, such expeditious disposal shall enure to the benefit of the parties.

3. Under such circumstances, the revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned court to dispose of the misc. case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the next date fixed. Thereafter, the learned court is requested to make a sincere endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously.

4. This court has neither expressed any opinion on the merits of the misc. case nor on the merits of the suit. The learned court shall proceed independently and in accordance with law.

5. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.
