The said report reflects that two applications filed by the de facto complainant are still pending for disposal. The de facto complainant did not turn up before the court for pursuing such applications.

Having regard to the fact that the issue raised by the de facto complainant is that there has been an impersonation in respect of the evidence of Suman Sain recorded before the learned trial court, I direct the learned

trial court to first dispose of the applications before further progress of the trial of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4096 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be immediately made available to the parties, subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
