Habibur Rahman ..for the petitioner At the time of call, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that a transfer application preferred by the petitioner is addressed to wrong authority. Since it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the transfer application has been addressed to a wrong authority who is not authorized to take steps on such transfer application at the first instance, the present writ petition is not maintainable and accordingly, the same stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to apply for transfer in accordance with law in future if situation so arises.
