State has submitted a report which reflects that New Town PS Case No. 249 of 2024 dated 22.09.2024 was registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of BNS and, after conclusion of investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Having considered that the police authorities have concluded the investigation, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved, he would approach the jurisdictional court with necessary prayers.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24993 of 2024 is disposed of.
