1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

Considering the materials available in the case dairy, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioner in the commission of alleged offence and more particularly the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure read with the medical report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. 3.
