Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 submits that everything has been done in the meantime and the petitioner can collect his Aadhar Card from Aadhar Seba Kendra in Calcutta which is situated at Salt Lake.

The petitioner is directed to collect the Aadhar Card from Aadhaar Seba Kendra and to produce it

before the West Bengal Board of Primary Education immediately and the Board will accept the said Aadhar Card. The said Aadhar Card is to be submitted along with a photocopy of the application form to the Board. The instruction submitted by Mr. Rajendra Banerjee, learned advocate for the respondent nos. 2,3 and 4 be kept on record.

The writ application is disposed of.
