1. In our order dated March 3, 2025, we recorded that none appeared for the appellant although the respondent no. 2 was represented before us.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submits today that she is representing the respondent no. 1 as well.

3. Be that as it may, we recorded in the order dated March 3, 2025 that on a previous occasion on January 30, 2025 as well, an adjournment was sought on behalf of the appellant, whereas the appellant remained unrepresented on March 3, 2025 also.

4. Accordingly, a last chance was given to the appellant to argue the matter and the matter was adjourned for such purpose till today.

5. Since none appears for the appellant even today at the time of call, FMA No. 284 of 2024 along with the

connected application, bearing CAN 1 of 2023, are dismissed for default.

6. There will be no order as to costs.
