For the Respondent no. 6 Report submitted by the State is taken on record. The petitioner alleges that the private respondent posed as a bachelor and entered into a relationship with the petitioner. He induced the petitioner to record his name as nominee in all the documents pertaining to the service of the petitioner. Later it was detected that the private respondent was a married person. The petitioner lodged complaint before the police authority which has not been acted upon. She was called to the police station on one occasion after filing of the writ petition but no FIR has been registered.

In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the police authority has failed to register her complaint as FIR, she is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under Section 175 of the BNSS. With the aforesaid directions and observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
