In the In 7th line of 9th Paragraph of the judgment dated 9th January, 2025 'tribunal is modified to the extent of Rs. 22,000/- (Rs. 5,00,000/- - Rs. 4,78,000/-)' shall be read as 'tribunal is modified to the extent of Rs. 5,00,000/'.

In 7th line of 9th Paragraph of the judgment dated 9th January, 2025 "The Learned Advocate for the appellants/claimants submitted to have received the compensation of Rs. 4,78,000/-" this portion should be deleted.

The '9a' Paragraph of the judgment dated 9th January, 2025 should be added 'the learned advocate representing the appellant/insurance company

submitted that the Appellant/Insurance Company has deposited the entire awarded amount with interest of 6 % per annum from the date of filing of the claim application i.e. 7,30,365/- as per the challan filed by the learned advocate for the Appellant/Insurance company'.

In the In 9th line of 11th Paragraph of the judgment dated 9th January, 2025 'subject to payment of ad valorem Courts fees' shall be read as 'subject to payment of ad valorem Court's fees and refund the differential amount if any through a cheque to the learned advocate for the insurance company for the accounts of the insurance company'.

In 1st line of 11th Paragraph of the judgment dated 9th January, 2025 "On receipt of the said amount" this portion should be deleted.

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered. Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the judgment dated 09.01.2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
