Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of two other co-accuseds were rejected by the order dated November 10, 2022 passed in CRM (A) 5150 of 2022.

The involvement of the petitioners transpires from the materials in the case diary.

The materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioners entered the room of the victim, abused her for stealing and thereafter, locked the door from outside the room where the victim was recovered as dead.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5197 of 2022 is dismissed.
