It appears that the petitioner had on an earlier occasion sought for time to take instructions as to whether the writ petition had become infructuous or not.

However, the petitioner is not represented today. In view of the repeated absence of the petitioner, WPA 22392 of 2019 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
