Case No. 683 of 2022 arising out of Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 106/2022 dated 04.07.2022 under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 now pending in the Court of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar.

Mr. Bitasok Banerjee, is present in Court, is appointed to represent the State. Let his appointment be regularized by the appropriate authority.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed a written instruction via email wherein the petitioner has instructed the learned counsel that the present case may be withdrawn. It is submitted that the proceedings in the present case has already ended in the acquittal of the petitioner and he has been discharged from the present case.

Necessary orders is prayed for.

Considering the materials on record and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner the present revision is disposed of as withdrawn. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stand vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Trial Court at once.
