Perused the case diary.

While the petitioners' case is that a free fight took place over a civil dispute between parties, the injury report shows serious injury inflicted on the head which had to be repaired with stitches and an injury was inflicted on the nose leading to nose bleed and syncope. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary and the alleged roles ascribed to the present petitioners, I do not consider that this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
